How can I️ book a session?

Booking a session is as easy as a few clicks away refer to our appointments tab to book a standard two-hour session. For overnight or extended sessions please refer to the Contact Us page and input your name, email, and the service you’re looking to book so we can reach out to you and accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

How do I prepare for my session?

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, drink lots of water, bring a sleep eye mask for complete darkness, headphones to play your favorite meditation music, a blanket for coziness, and turn off your cell phone.

What should I️ expect during my session?

Close your eyes, calm your mind, relax, meditate, or sleep. The more relaxed and receptive you are to the energy, the more results you will receive. Drink plenty of water.

What do I do 24 hours after my session?

During your sessions the body will release toxins through your skin; You should take a hot sea salt soaking bath. This will help eliminate the toxins.

How long of a session should I️ take?
